WOOO! This beautiful May day is the start of the 2023 wedding season, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how it turned out. From the first meeting, Jesse and Nisa emphasized that their family and friends were super important to them on their wedding day. They wanted Megan and I to capture the excitement, love, and genuine feelings from everyone that day. Their wedding took place at The Norland Historic Estate in Lethbridge, Alberta. It was the perfect location for their outdoor ceremony and stunning ballroom reception. They both got ready in bedrooms down the hall from one another before heading outside in the trees for their first look. Jesse and Nisa had a beautiful, heart-felt, ceremony including speeches, readings, music, and beautiful traditions. It was so special to see their smiling faces under the gazebo looking out into the crowd of loved ones. A huge perk of taking the couples portraits before the ceremony was allowing the couple to mingle with their family and friends before the reception! This allowed for great conversations and candids before speeches, dinner, cake cutting, watching the oilers game, and the first dances! Then BAM! The day had wrapped and this smiley couple was hitched and so so happy! Congratulations Jesse and Nisa! I hope to see you again soon.
