One day I just got bored with food photography opportunities that expect the same style of work. I felt creatively drained. I knew I wanted to change the way I looked at commercial photography. I have been brainstorming for a while about how to brand myself as a food, portrait and wedding photographer. It's such a large industry and I have an interest in every corner of the room. Commonality: I like spending my time getting to know people and documenting them. So, how do I change my perspective and objective for commercial work? Start conducting sessions in a way that produces my ideal results. I thought of a few companies I would love to document, and now the journey has begun.
One of those companies was Kind Ice Cream. I love their space, their community, their commitment to quality. Snow or shine, the doors are open, the staff is friendly and the ice cream is delicious.
